Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions

A typical party is two hours long, plus 1/2 an hour for set up and 1/2 an hour for clean up.  For example, if you have a party scheduled at 10:00AM, you can arrive at 9:30 for set up.  The party will run from 10:00AM - 12:00PM.  Guests will depart at 12:00PM and we will assist with clean up until 12:30PM.

If available, you may have the option to add on an additional hour.

Yes, our parties are typically scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays at 10AM, 1PM, and 4PM.

In 2024, we offered one type of themed party, "Fall Harvest" that included:

  • 2-hour party for up to 15 children (including the birthday child)

  • Party coordinator (help with set up, clean up, and party activities)

  • Tractor-pulled wagon ride for approximately 25-30 guests

  • Pumpkin decorating activity

  • 30 minutes of free play around the farm (outdoor play areas, sandbox, pedal tractors, etc.)

  • 30 minutes for cake and food (bring your own cake and food)

  • Juice boxes and water

  • 6 dozen mini cider donuts (served family style or in bags of 3)

  • Colorful paper products and utensils for children's cake

  • Themed and decorated party area, including balloons

In most cases, we are not able to accommodate more than 1/2 an hour for party setup because there are multiple parties scheduled throughout the day.  When you are scheduling the party,  check with the party coordinator for your options.  If you would like to purchase an additional hour of party time to use for set up and clean up, that may be a possibility.

You are welcome to hold a party for more than one child in your family, but we recommend that you limit the number of children and adults that are attending.  We set a limit of 15 kids for themed parties because it is much easier and less chaotic to do the party activities with fewer kids, and the tractor can only fit 25-30 people per ride.  You can add kids to the party for an additional cost, but as a general rule, we don't recommend more than 20. 

We don't have an official limit, but we usually tell people that the party space comfortably holds up to 50 people.  Tractor rides can also accommodate 25-30 people at a time (more if small children are sitting on laps), so you will want to keep that in mind when inviting guests.  Most themed parties come with one tractor ride. Additional rides may be available for a cost, but that is not always possible.  Please check with your party coordinator for more information.

In most cases, yes, the farm will be open to the public during the party.  You will have exclusive access to our private indoor party area and the covered pavilion behind the Activity Center.  After your party ends, you and your guests are more than welcome to stay at the farm and enjoy the amenities, but the party area must be cleaned up and vacated 1/2 an hour after the party ends.

Yes, a $50, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.  The balance is due at the end of the party, and can be paid by cash or credit/debit card.

Parties can be rescheduled up to 1.5 months before the original party date, and the deposit will be applied to the new party date.  In the event of a cancellation, or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
