The event includes a visit with the Easter Bunny, a Barrel Train ride, a Story Walk on the Bunny Trail, 2 egg hunt locations (12 eggs total), and unlimited use of the Bounce House. Don't forget to look for the rare silver egg - you can win a special prize! During your time at the farm, you will also have access to our play areas and outdoor games, pedal tractors, and indoor Lego and train tables. The City Sidewalk Cafe will be open inside the Farm Store for beverage and treat purchases.
Yes! We're excited to be offering an expanded Bunny Trail with 2 egg hunt locations this year - one in the "Easter Bunny's Workshop," and another in the "Christmas Tree Forest". Children will be able to hunt for 6 eggs in each location. We will also have new Silver Egg Prizes, new photo ops along the Bunny Trail, and a few other surprises!
Tickets are required only for children who will be participating in the activities and hunting for eggs. The event is recommended for children 12 and under.
This year we only have one ticket level that includes all activities.
Like other large events (sporting events, live theater, etc.) we do not offer refunds if the event takes place and you cannot attend for any reason, including illness. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing tickets. In 2024, purchase protection will be available through the ticketing site in the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency. Thank you for understanding!
If there is very light rain in the forecast, the event may be held as scheduled. In the event of a downpour, we will cancel the event and let you know the evening before. In this case, the event will be moved to one of the designated rain dates (Friday, March 29th and Saturday, March 30th). Please make sure that you can attend the event on both of the rain dates before you purchase the tickets. The ticket page will include a rain date reminder in the "Terms and Conditions" that you have to agree to before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately, if we hold the event on the rain date, tickets are not refundable. A lot of work goes into setting up for the event (the Easter Bunny has to fill over 13,000 eggs!), so that is why we provide the rain dates in advance and include a rain date reminder in the terms that say "Please do not purchase these tickets if you can't attend on the rain dates." Everyone must agree to these terms before completing the ticket purchase. If you included Purchase Protection with your tickets, and your reason for not attending falls into their full terms and conditions, you may be able to file a claim for a full refund through them. Thank you for understanding!
Purchase Protection claims are handled by a third party and all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the event. To file a claim, visit www.purchaseprotection.com and select Claims. Please review the full terms and conditions to make sure that your reason for not attending falls into acceptable circumstances, and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.
Refer to the email from Purchase Protection for some of the information that you need to file your claim. The email was sent immediately after your purchase.
Upon receipt of a claim, the team at Purchase Protection will review the submission and provide a response within 10 business days. Approved claims will receive a refund for the amount of the ticket fees and taxes in the form of a check.
In most cases, you can reschedule your tickets to another day if there is availability. You can reschedule tickets on your own by setting up an account with TicketSpice here (it's easy!): https://silverbellfarm.account.webconnex.com/login/
After you log in to your account, click View Details to view your tickets and then click Edit to change them to another day. If you are unable to reschedule the tickets in your account, send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and someone will help you.
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else. Send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and let us know who will be attending in your place.
First, check your spam folder for an email from Silver Bell Farm - our messages sometimes end up there. If that doesn't work, you can request a new confirmation email on your own by setting up an account with TicketSpice here (it's easy!): https://silverbellfarm.account.webconnex.com/login/
After you log in to your account, click View Details to view your tickets, and then click Resend Email to receive a new confirmation email. If you still don't see the confirmation email, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and someone will help you.
As much as we love dogs, we do not allow them on the Bunny Trail so that we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all attendees. Thank you for understanding!
The Easter Bunny will be inside the Farm Store during the event and you will stop by for a visit after you check in. You are welcome to take as many photos as you like. Please note that we do not provide digital photographs at this event.
You should plan to spend about 1 - 1.5 hours at the farm to complete the Bunny visit, Story Walk, both egg hunts, and the Barrel Train ride. If your kids love the playground and the Bounce House, plan for longer!
