Our Story Time sessions last about an hour and include a read-aloud session with Santa for up to 18 children. During the group session, Santa will also show off some of his magical Christmas gadgets and share anecdotes from the North Pole. After the story, you will get the chance to visit personally with Santa in his "house" at Silver Bell Farm, where a photographer will take digital photographs. You are also welcome to take your own photos. Finally, each child will get to decorate a gingerbread cookie to take home (or snack on right away!).
Tickets are required for all children who will be participating in the session and decorating a cookie. There is no charge for adults, or for siblings under 2 that are attending with a participating child, but who won't be decorating a cookie. Please try to limit the number of guests to 2 per participating child. This event is not recommended for children under 2.
Unfortunately, because we work with the "real" Santa, and he has other obligations this time of year, we are unable to add additional sessions once they sell out. There is always the chance that someone might cancel their reservation, so please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com if you would like to join a waiting list. Please note that Santa is also available at our evening light show, Silver Bell Nights, which may have some space available. Thank you for understanding!
We recommend that you arrive at the farm about 10 minutes before the session to check in inside the Farm Store. Santa usually starts his story about 10 minutes after the session start time, so you won't miss anything if you are a few minutes late.
You should receive an email with a link to download your pictures 24 hours after your visit.
If it has been 24 hours after your visit and you haven't received your pictures, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund up to 1 week before the event. We are unable to provide refunds if you cancel for any reason, including illness, less than one week before the event. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing tickets. Purchase protection will be available through the ticketing site in the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency. Thank you for understanding!
Santa Story Time sessions are held indoors and will take place in all types of weather. Please do not purchase tickets if you know that you won't be able to make it to the farm when it is snowing. Be prepared to attend in the event of inclement weather. Santa does his best to attend every session and we cannot provide refunds if the session is held. If Santa is unable to make it, or we need to close the farm, we will try to reschedule the entire session or add additional time slots to other sessions.
Purchase Protection claims are handled by a third party and all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the event. To file a claim, visit www.purchaseprotection.com and select Claims. Please review the full terms and conditions to make sure that your reason for not attending falls into acceptable circumstances, and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.
Refer to the email from Purchase Protection for some of the information that you need to file your claim. The email was sent immediately after your purchase.
Upon receipt of a claim, the team at Purchase Protection will review the submission and provide a response within 10 business days. Approved claims will receive a refund for the amount of the ticket fees and taxes in the form of a check.
Because the Story Time sessions often sell out, there may not be any availability to reschedule. To check availability, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and someone will help you.
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else. Send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and let us know who will be attending in your place.
First, check your spam folder for an email from Silver Bell Farm - our messages sometimes end up there. If that doesn't work, you can request a new confirmation email on your own by setting up an account with TicketSpice here (it's easy!): https://silverbellfarm.account.webconnex.com/login/
After you log in to your account, click View Details to view your tickets, and then click Resend Email to receive a new confirmation email. If you still don't see the confirmation email, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and someone will help you.
As much as we love dogs, they are not allowed at our Santa Story Time sessions. Because it is a group event, we want to make sure that it's safe and comfortable for everyone. Food is also served inside the Farm Store, so we cannot allow dogs inside. Thank you for understanding!
