Each visit includes a private 10-minute meet-and-greet with Santa in his cozy 'house' inside the Farm Store. You’re welcome to take your own photos, and a photographer will also capture digital photos of your family throughout the visit. All digital copies of photos taken will be sent to you within 24 hours.
The Farm Store Bakery and Café will be open during all visits, offering hot cocoa, gifts, and treats for purchase. Gingerbread cookie decorating and s’mores kits may also be available. Weather permitting, the play area, sandbox, and pedal tractors may be open as well.
All visits are reserved for one family at a time. If you’d like multiple families to visit together, you can purchase consecutive time slots. For example, two families can book the 10:00 AM and 10:10 AM slots. Both families will receive digital copies of all photos taken during the session.
Unfortunately, because we work with the "real" Santa, and he has other obligations this time of year, we are unable to add additional visits once they sell out. There is always the chance that someone might cancel their visit, so please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com if you would like to join a waiting list. Please note that Santa is also available at our Story Time sessions and at Silver Bell Nights, which may have some space available. Thank you for understanding!

Because the visits usually sell out, we run a very tight schedule and we typically can't accommodate late arrivals. Please try your best to arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in for your visit. If you are late, our Santa's Helpers will do their best to fit you in, but it may mean that you have to wait until there is a break, or it might mean that your session is shorter than 10 minutes.
You should receive an email with a link to download your pictures 24 hours after your visit.
If it has been 24 hours after your visit and you haven't received your pictures, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund up to 1 week before the event. We are unable to provide refunds if you cancel for any reason, including illness, less than one week before the event. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing tickets. Purchase protection will be available through the ticketing site in the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency. Thank you for understanding!
Santa visits are held indoors and will take place in all types of weather. Please do not purchase tickets if you know that you won't be able to make it to the farm when it is snowing. Be prepared to attend in the event of inclement weather. Santa does his best to attend every session and we cannot provide refunds if the session is held. If Santa is unable to make it, or we need to close the farm, we will try to reschedule the entire session or add additional time slots to other sessions.
Purchase Protection claims are handled by a third party and all claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the event. To file a claim, visit www.purchaseprotection.com and select Claims. Please review the full terms and conditions to make sure that your reason for not attending falls into acceptable circumstances, and be prepared to supply the appropriate documentation.
Refer to the email from Purchase Protection for some of the information that you need to file your claim. The email was sent immediately after your purchase.
Upon receipt of a claim, the team at Purchase Protection will review the submission and provide a response within 10 business days. Approved claims will receive a refund for the amount of the ticket fees and taxes in the form of a check.

Yes, you can transfer your visit to someone else. Send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and let us know who will be attending in your place.
First, check your spam folder for an email from Silver Bell Farm - our messages sometimes end up there. If that doesn't work, you can request a new confirmation email on your own by setting up an account with TicketSpice here (it's easy!): https://silverbellfarm.account.webconnex.com/login/
After you log in to your account,click View Details to view your ticket, and then click Resend Email to receive a new confirmation email. If you still don't see the confirmation email, please send an email to events@silverbellfarm.com and someone will help you.
As much as we love dogs, they are not allowed at our Santa visits. Because other families will be at the farm, we want to make sure that it's safe and comfortable for everyone. Food is also served inside the Farm Store, so we cannot allow dogs inside. Thank you for understanding!
